Job Description :

Identity Governance & Administration (IGA)

• Strong theoretical and practical expertise in IAM concepts, particularly:

o User identity lifecycle management (Joiner–Mover–Leaver processes)

oRole-based and policy-based access control

o Access certification and compliance management

•Extensive hands-on experience with One Identity Manager:

o Design and implementation of identity lifecycle workflows

o IT Shop, request & approval workflows

oAttestation campaigns

o Role modeling & governance framework

o Custom process orchestration and scripting

•Experience in complex IAM transformation projects, including legacy IAM to cloud/hybrid migration using One Identity solutions.

Access Management (AM)

•Experience with OneLogin (One Identity) for:

o SSO implementation

oFederation setup (SAML, OIDC)

o Adaptive authentication and MFA

oApplication onboarding and federation design

Directory & Infrastructure Integration

• Working knowledge of:

o Active Directory

o LDAP

o Azure AD / Entra ID (integration context)

o Hybrid identity models

•Integration of One Identity with enterprise directories and target systems.

Authentication & Authorization Protocols

Strong working knowledge of:

• SAML 2.0

• OAuth 2.0

• OpenID Connect (OIDC)

• SCIM

• Kerberos

•REST-based integrations

Experience Required

• 8–10 years of IAM experience

• Minimum 4–5 years of hands-on experience in One Identity implementations

• Proven experience in:

oDesigning IAM architectures

o Leading end-to-end IAM implementations

o Managing IAM upgrades, migrations, and transformations

Role Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Delivery

• Design scalable IAM architectures based on the One Identity suite

• Lead build, configuration, customization, and deployment activities

• Provide governance design aligned to compliance requirements

• Oversee environment strategy (DEV / TEST / PROD)

Client-Facing Consulting

• Act as the go-to technical authority for IAM within client engagements

•Translate business KPIs and compliance needs into technical IAM designs

• Present architecture, roadmaps, and solution recommendations to stakeholders

Leadership & Team Management

• Lead and mentor IAM engineers and developers

• Ensure high-quality deliverables within project timelines

• Drive best practices in configuration, documentation, and deployment

• Manage workstreams within defined project scope
