This role is responsible for protecting systems, networks, and data by developing security strategies, managing risk, ensuring compliance, and leading incident response efforts. Key Responsibilities

Security Strategy & Governance

• Develop and implement enterprise-wide cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures
• Lead security risk assessments and vulnerability management programs
• Define and enforce security architecture frameworks and best practices

Threat Monitoring & Incident Response

• Oversee security monitoring tools such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection
• Lead incident response investigations and ensure timely resolution
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive controls

Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure compliance with security frameworks such as:
• ISO 27001
• SOC 2
• NIST
• GDPR / Data protection regulations
• Conduct internal audits and coordinate external security assessments

Team Leadership

• Manage and mentor cybersecurity engineers and analysts
• Coordinate with IT, DevOps, Legal, and Leadership teams
• Provide training and awareness programs for employees

Security Operations

• Oversee identity and access management (IAM) systems
• Manage firewall, network security, and endpoint security controls
• Evaluate and implement new security technologies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security, IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in cybersecurity or information security
• 2+ years of leadership or managerial experience
