Develop automation for IAM standard requests including MFA enrolment, password resets, and standard access provisioning
Build automation for vulnerability lifecycle status updates and remediation tracking
Implement automated evidence collection for control testing where feasible
Create SOAR playbooks within Microsoft Sentinel for alert correlation and response workflows
Develop ServiceNow workflow automation for incident/problem/change processes
Improve tool integration between ServiceNow, SIEM, vulnerability management, and identity platforms
Maintain automation backlog and prioritise based on effort reduction and risk impact
