About Position:
We are seeking Security Architect which will provide strategic and technical security advisory support across enterprise transformation initiatives, including identity, endpoint, network, and cloud migrations. The role focuses on ensuring secure design, defining cybersecurity requirements, and governing implementation alignment with enterprise standards.

What You'll Do:
- Ideal candidate should have management/ technical consulting related to the area of security architecture or have been a senior security presence within an organization.
- Expected to provide expert guidance on secure design principles for: Active Directory (AD) and Microsoft Entra ID migrationsWorkstation reimaging / endpoint transformationHosting and data center transitionsNetwork transformation, including SD-WAN and SASE implementationsAzure cloud migrationsEnsure alignment with enterprise security architecture, zero-trust principles, and industry best practices.
- Draft comprehensive cybersecurity requirements documentation aligned to: Enterprise security policiesRegulatory and compliance standards (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, etc.)
- Translate high-level security policies into actionable technical controls and implementation requirements.
- Monitor progress of security requirement implementation across workstreams. Provide ongoing advisory support to project teams during execution. Identify risks, gaps, and deviations, and recommend remediation actions.
- Ensure successful security control adoption and compliance validation.Experience with delivery of security solutions by working with decision makers/influencers/ C level/Sr Executive level account contacts.
- Experience of creation/ evaluation of current state requirements and development of complimentary strategiesDemonstrable skills related to definition of architecture documentation eg. Patterns/ blueprints/ high-level designs/ reference architectures Good understanding of current public cloud offerings with a specific slant towards native security products and their use casesWork closely with project teams to lead the security definition for tracks and ensure adequate integration and implementation strategiesEvaluate and select appropriate security technologies and tools to enhance the organizations security posture.
- Develop architecture blueprints and documentation for cybersecurity frameworks and standards.Conduct risk assessments and implement risk mitigation strategies to address potential vulnerabilities.
- Must have demonstrable experience in implementation of security solutions, including production of supporting design, delivery, and process documentation.
Expertise You'll Bring:
- Minimum of 12 years experience in a security-based environment focused on design and delivery of high quality, robust and scalable security solutions.Demonstrable understanding of security risk and its relation to individual customer environmentsCreative approach to solving security problems with a focus on pragmatism to drive successful outcomesExcellent customer interface skills communication ability to deliver presentations, drive meetings.Develop long term valued relationships with the client.
- Ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment, work effectively under pressure and adapt to differing environments and cultures.Proven leadership skills with the ability to be a change champion and influence change across the organization.In-depth knowledge of industry standards and best practices in cybersecurity.Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, CCSP, Azure Security Engineer / Architect (AZ-500 / AZ-305) or equivalent are highly desirable.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively.1 Security Architect
