Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Security Architect with expertise in Okta Identity Management and a strong inclination toward AI-driven security solutions. This role will be responsible for defining and implementing cloud security frameworks, ensuring alignment with business goals, and driving the adoption of Generative & Agentic AI within secure enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and define cloud security architecture and frameworks aligned with business and performance goals
- Lead implementation and documentation of cloud security controls and policies
- Drive AI-first security solutions leveraging Generative AI and Agentic AI frameworks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security into enterprise cloud ecosystems
- Ensure effective identity and access management (IAM) using Okta
- Analyze and mitigate security risks in cloud environments
- Align security strategies with organizational objectives and compliance standards
- Conduct training sessions to enhance team capabilities in cloud security and AI security
- Facilitate transition to cloud security managed operations
Must-Have Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in cybersecurity or cloud security roles
- Hands-on experience with Okta Identity Management
- Strong experience in cloud security frameworks and best practices
- Understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM)
- Experience with security compliance and regulatory standards
- Knowledge of risk assessment and mitigation strategies in cloud environments
- Hands-on exposure to Generative AI / Agentic AI frameworks
- Strong stakeholder management and decision-making skills
Nice to Have
- Certifications in Cloud Security (e.g., CCSP, CISSP, Azure/AWS Security)
- Experience in AI governance and responsible AI frameworks
- Exposure to Zero Trust Architecture
- Familiarity with multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
