Job Title: Security Architect OT & IT

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Security Architect (OT & IT) to design, implement, and maintain robust cybersecurity architecture across both Operational Technology (OT) and Information Technology (IT) environments. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in secure architecture design, vulnerability management, offensive security practices, and network security, along with hands-on experience in frameworks such as OWASP, MITRE ATT&CK, and VAPT methodologies.

This role requires the ability to assess security risks, implement defensive controls, and ensure the organization's infrastructure is protected against evolving cyber threats.

Key Responsibilities

7+ years of experience in design and implement end-to-end security architecture across IT and OT environments including networks, systems, and applications.
Conduct and oversee Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) to identify and mitigate security weaknesses.
Implement patch management strategies to ensure systems are protected against known vulnerabilities.
Apply offensive security techniques to simulate cyber attacks and evaluate the effectiveness of security controls.
Develop security strategies aligned with frameworks such as OWASP Top 10 and MITRE ATT&CK.
Architect and manage network security solutions including firewalls, IDS/IPS, segmentation, and secure gateways.
Monitor emerging cyber threats and recommend improvements to the security posture.
Collaborate with IT, OT, SOC, and infrastructure teams to integrate security best practices.
Ensure secure design principles for industrial control systems (ICS), SCADA, and enterprise IT environments.
Develop and maintain security policies, standards, and architecture documentation.
Support incident response investigations and strengthen defensive strategies based on threat intelligence.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong knowledge of network security, firewalls, and enterprise networking protocols.
Hands-on experience with OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities and secure application architecture.
Deep understanding of MITRE ATT&CK framework for threat detection and defense mapping.
Experience in Offensive Security techniques, penetration testing, and red teaming.
Expertise in Vulnerability Assessment and Patch Management processes.
Knowledge of OT security environments such as SCADA, ICS, PLC systems, and industrial networks.
Familiarity with security monitoring tools, SIEM platforms, and threat intelligence frameworks.
Strong understanding of risk management and security architecture design principles.
