Summary:

As a Security Architect, a typical day involves designing and establishing a comprehensive cloud security framework that aligns with organizational objectives and operational standards. This role requires overseeing the development and documentation of security controls tailored for cloud environments, ensuring seamless integration with business processes. The position also includes guiding the transition of security measures into managed cloud operations, coordinating with various stakeholders to maintain robust security postures while supporting evolving business needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the evaluation and adoption of emerging security technologies to enhance cloud security architecture.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster continuous improvement and skill development.
• Coordinate with compliance and risk management teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Support junior team members by providing guidance and assisting in their professional growth.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in DevSecOps.
• Experience with cloud security frameworks and architecture design.
• Strong knowledge of security controls implementation and management in cloud environments.
• Ability to document complex security processes and transition plans effectively.
• Familiarity with automation tools and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines in security contexts.
• Understanding of risk assessment methodologies and mitigation strategies within cloud infrastructures.
