Summary:

As a Security Architect, a typical day involves defining and shaping the cloud security framework and architecture to align with organizational objectives and performance standards. This role requires thorough documentation of the implementation process for cloud security controls and overseeing the smooth transition to cloud security-managed operations. The position demands continuous engagement with various stakeholders to ensure that security measures are effectively integrated and maintained throughout the cloud environment, fostering a secure and resilient infrastructure.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the development and enforcement of cloud security policies and procedures to safeguard organizational assets.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall security expertise.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure security compliance and risk mitigation strategies are effectively implemented.

• Strong knowledge of cloud security principles and best practices.
