Summary:

As a Security Architect, a typical day involves designing and establishing a comprehensive cloud security framework that aligns with organizational objectives and operational standards. This role requires careful planning and documentation of security controls to ensure seamless integration and transition to cloud security-managed services. The position demands continuous evaluation of security measures to support business needs while maintaining optimal performance and reliability within the cloud environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the development and implementation of security strategies that support cloud infrastructure.
• Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to ensure security objectives are met.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their understanding of security architecture and compliance.
• Continuously assess emerging security threats and recommend proactive measures to mitigate risks.
