Summary

The Varonis Senior Specialist (L9) leads operational governance and advanced investigations on the Varonis platform. This role focuses on designing detection policies, managing complex incident investigations, improving data security posture, and guiding junior team members. The individual also interacts directly with clients and contributes to strategic improvements.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align security architecture with business strategies and compliance requirements.
• Monitor and assess emerging security threats and recommend enhancements to the cloud security framework.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on security best practices.
• Assist in the development and review of security policies and procedures to maintain a secure cloud environment.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Security.
• Strong knowledge of cloud security principles, frameworks, and best practices.
• Experience with identity and access management within cloud environments.
• Familiarity with risk assessment methodologies and vulnerability management.
• Ability to design and implement security controls tailored to cloud infrastructures.
