In the role of Security Architect, a typical day involves designing and establishing a comprehensive cloud security framework and architecture tailored to align with organizational objectives and performance standards. This includes meticulously documenting the deployment of cloud security controls and overseeing the seamless transition to cloud security-managed operations. The position requires continuous evaluation and refinement of security measures to ensure robust protection and compliance within a dynamic cloud environment, while coordinating with various stakeholders to support business needs effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the development and implementation of security strategies that align with organizational goals.
• Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to ensure security standards are maintained.
• Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Continuously assess emerging security threats and recommend proactive measures to mitigate risks.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Security.
• Strong knowledge of cloud security principles and best practices.
• Experience in designing and implementing security architectures for cloud environments.
• Ability to analyze complex security requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
• Familiarity with security compliance standards and regulatory requirements relevant to cloud services.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on innovative security solutions.
• SAP GRC and BTP Security knowledge is preferred
