Summary
The Beyond Trust PAM Senior Analyst is responsible for providing Level 2 and Level 3 operational, enhancement, and upgrade support for BeyondTrust PAM platforms, including Password Safe and BeyondInsight. The role ensures secure, compliant, and highly available privileged access services while supporting business growth through onboarding, enhancements, and controlled upgrades.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for Privileged Access Management services using BeyondTrust Password Safe and BeyondInsight.
- Manage BeyondTrust vault operations, including failover and failback activities, where applicable.
- Create, modify, and delete vaults, safes, and user/group memberships within BeyondTrust.
- Administer privileged account management policies, including credential lifecycle and discovery.
- Enforce privileged access and access control policies for administrators and service accounts.
- Perform password rotations, account unlocks, suspensions, and unsuspensions for privileged users.
- Configure and monitor session recording, audit logging, and compliance controls.
- Manage BeyondTrust access policies and create rules within BeyondInsight.
- Enable AD / Azure AD group based access for vault and platform connectivity.
- Execute patching, minor updates, and enhancements, within defined monthly capacity limits.
- Support and perform annual BeyondTrust major upgrades in coordination with stakeholders.
Professional & Technical Skills
- Experience in Identity & Access Management, with a strong focus on PAM operations.
- Proven experience handling L2 / L3 support in an enterprise or managed services environment.
- Experience supporting patching, upgrades, and controlled enhancements in production PAM environments.
Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in BeyondTrust Privileged Access Management.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
