The position demands continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to maintain the integrity and performance of the security architecture while adapting to evolving business needs and technological advancements.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of security strategies that support cloud infrastructure and services.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to enhance overall security expertise.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure security policies are integrated into all phases of cloud adoption and operations.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Splunk Security Information and Event Management (SIEM).
- Strong knowledge of cloud security principles and best practices related to architecture and framework design.
- Experience in documenting and implementing security controls within cloud environments.
- Ability to analyze complex security requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Familiarity with incident response and threat detection using security information and event management tools.
- Skilled in collaborating with diverse teams to align security measures with business goals.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Splunk Security Information and Event Management (SIEM).
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
