This role includes creating detailed architectural plans, overseeing the deployment of security controls, and ensuring a smooth transition to cloud security-managed services. The position requires continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to maintain the integrity and performance of security measures within the cloud environment, while adapting to evolving business needs and technological advancements.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the development and implementation of cloud security strategies that support business goals.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure security requirements are clearly understood and met.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and support their professional growth.
• Continuously evaluate emerging security technologies and recommend improvements to existing security architectures.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Security Information and Event Management (SIEM).
• Strong knowledge of cloud security principles and best practices.
• Experience in designing and implementing security controls within cloud environments.
• Ability to analyze complex security issues and develop effective mitigation strategies.
• Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance standards relevant to cloud infrastructure.

Additional Information

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Security Information and Event Management (SIEM).
• This position is based at our Gurugram office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
