Summary:

As a Security Architect, a typical day involves designing and establishing a comprehensive cloud security framework and architecture tailored to align with organizational objectives and performance standards. This role includes meticulously documenting the deployment of cloud security controls and overseeing the seamless transition to cloud security-managed operations. The position requires continuous engagement with evolving cloud environments to ensure robust security postures while supporting business needs and operational efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the development and refinement of cloud security strategies to address emerging threats and compliance requirements.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to enhance overall security expertise and operational effectiveness.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to integrate security architecture seamlessly with other IT and business functions.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Security Information and Event Management (SIEM).
• Strong knowledge of cloud security principles, frameworks, and best practices.
• Experience in designing and implementing security controls within cloud environments.
• Ability to analyze security risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Familiarity with security monitoring, incident response, and threat detection techniques.
• Skilled in documenting security architectures and operational procedures.
  
  

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Security Information and Event Management (SIEM).
• This position is based at our Chennai office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
