Summary:

As a Security Architect, a typical day involves designing and establishing a comprehensive cloud security framework that aligns with organizational objectives and operational standards. This role includes overseeing the development and documentation of security controls tailored for cloud environments, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. The position requires coordinating the transition of security operations to a managed cloud security model, facilitating collaboration across various teams to maintain robust protection and compliance throughout the cloud infrastructure.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the design and implementation of security strategies that support cloud adoption and risk mitigation.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to enhance overall security capabilities.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure security requirements are integrated into project lifecycles.
• Monitor emerging security trends and incorporate best practices into the security architecture.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC) Tools.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Security Architecture Design.
• Strong understanding of cloud security principles and frameworks.
• Ability to assess and manage risks associated with cloud environments.
• Experience in developing and documenting security policies and procedures.
