Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Security Managed Services Specialist with hands-on experience in Illumio (Zero Trust Segmentation) to manage, implement, and support micro-segmentation solutions in enterprise environments. The role involves continuous monitoring, policy management, troubleshooting, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance security posture.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage and support Illumio Core / Illumio ASP deployments in production environments
• Design, implement, and maintain micro-segmentation policies based on Zero Trust principles
• Perform policy tuning, rule optimization, and traffic flow analysis
• Monitor segmentation enforcement and ensure compliance with security standards
• Troubleshoot agent (VEN) issues, policy sync failures, and connectivity problems
• Work closely with network, cloud, and security teams for integration and issue resolution
• Handle incident management, service requests, and change implementation (ITIL aligned)
• Generate reports on application dependency mapping (ADM) and policy effectiveness
• Support onboarding of new applications/workloads into Illumio
• Ensure proper documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base updates
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• experience in Network / Security Managed Services
• Strong hands-on experience with Illumio (Core / ASP / VEN)
• Zero Trust Architecture
• Micro-segmentation concepts
• TCP/IP, firewalls, and network protocols
• Palo Alto, Prisma SASE
• Linux & Windows server environments
• Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Experience integrating Illumio with:
• DEVO and Splunk - SIEM tools
• Cloud-native security tools
• Exposure to automation/scripting (Python, PowerShell)
• Certifications: Illumio Certified Professional (ICP) preferred and Security certifications (Security+, CISSP, etc.)
  
  

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Cybersecurity Fundamentals.
• This position is based at our Gurugram office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
