Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Security Operations.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, security architectures, and threat mitigation techniques.
• Experience with monitoring and managing security tools and incident response processes.
• Ability to analyze network traffic and identify vulnerabilities or suspicious activities.
• Familiarity with firewall management, intrusion detection systems, and security information and event management platforms.
• Skilled in troubleshooting network security issues and implementing effective solutions.

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Network Security Operations.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
