Project Role Description : Define the cloud security framework and architecture, ensuring it meets the business requirements and performance goals. Document the implementation of the cloud security controls and transition to cloud security-managed operations.

Summary:

As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing systems. The role requires continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into efficient, scalable components. The engineer actively participates in iterative development cycles, ensuring that the software meets performance and quality standards while adapting to evolving project needs. This position emphasizes innovation and problem-solving to deliver customized applications that support organizational goals effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
  • Responsible for team decisions.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  • Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Lead the design and implementation of software components ensuring alignment with project objectives.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth.
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts to resolve complex technical challenges and optimize workflows.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Security Architecture.
  • Strong expertise in designing secure cloud infrastructure and implementing security best practices.
  • Experience with identity and access management frameworks and encryption technologies.
  • Knowledge of cloud service providers and their security models.
  • Ability to assess risks and develop mitigation strategies for cloud environments.
  • Familiarity with compliance standards and regulatory requirements related to cloud security.

Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Cloud Security Architecture.
  • This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
  • 15 years full time education is required.
