Job Description

Project Role : Security Architect

Project Role Description : Define the cloud security framework and architecture, ensuring it meets the business requirements and performance goals. Document the implementation of the cloud security controls and transition to cloud security-managed operations.

Must have skills : Security Threat Hunting, DFIR

Good to have skills : NA

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Summary:

As a Security Architect, a typical day involves designing and establishing a comprehensive cloud security framework that aligns with organizational objectives and operational standards. This role requires careful planning and documentation of security controls to ensure seamless integration and transition to cloud security-managed services. The position demands continuous evaluation of the security architecture to support business needs while maintaining optimal performance and resilience in a dynamic cloud environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
  • Responsible for team decisions.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  • Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Lead the development and implementation of cloud security strategies to safeguard organizational assets.
  • Facilitate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of security objectives with business goals.
  • Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Continuously assess emerging security threats and recommend proactive measures to mitigate risks.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Security Threat Hunting.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud security principles, frameworks, and best practices.
  • Experience with security monitoring tools and incident response processes.
  • Ability to analyze complex security incidents and develop effective mitigation strategies.
  • Familiarity with network security, vulnerability assessment, and penetration testing techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Security Threat Hunting.
  • This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
