AI Security Architect with 9 -12 years of experience in leading secure architecture design and standardization across multiple AI and GenAI programs. Combines deep architectural expertise with technical leadership, focusing on defining enterprise AI security patterns, governing complex designs, and guiding teams to build secure, compliant, and scalable AI platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery by applying GenAI and Agentic AI to address complex business challenges, automate processes, and integrate intelligent insights into enterprise workflows for measurable impact.

Lead secure architecture design for enterprise AI and GenAI platforms across multiple initiatives.

Define and maintain AI security reference architectures, architectural standards, and reusable patterns aligned to NIST AI RMF and ISO/IEC 42001.

Review and approve AI solution designs for security, scalability, resilience, compliance, and Responsible AI requirements.

Lead threat modeling and architectural risk assessments for complex AI, LLM, and agent-based systems.

Drive adoption of secure-by-design and Responsible AI practices across the AI lifecycle, including governance mechanisms for enterprise AI deployments.

Ensure strong architectural controls for IAM, secrets management, encryption, logging, and auditability.

Partner with Security, Privacy, Legal, and Data Governance teams to ensure regulatory and policy alignment.

Guide engineering and AI teams on secure architecture decisions, best practices, and approved integration approaches.

Evaluate emerging AI and LLM technologies to define secure adoption patterns and integration standards.

Act as an escalation point for high-risk architectural decisions and trade-offs.

Mentor team members and review their designs and assessments.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Strong grasp of Generative and Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks. Ability to align AI capabilities with business objectives while ensuring scalability, responsible use, and tangible value realization. The candidate should be AI Native.

9+ years of experience in architecture, AI platforms, or security architecture roles.

Strong expertise in AI and GenAI architectural patterns including RAG, agentic workflows, orchestration, and evaluation.

Deep understanding of enterprise security architecture and cloud native systems.

Proven experience defining and governing architecture standards across teams.

Strong knowledge of AI security risks, governance, and Responsible AI controls.

Ability to influence cross functional teams and drive architectural consistency.

Preferred certification: CISSP, ISACA — Advanced in AI Security Management (AAISM ), GIAC – AI & Cybersecurity and AI+ Architect Certification
