Summary:

As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behavior, and ensuring the smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous engagement with complex technical environments to maintain system stability and support business continuity through effective troubleshooting and problem resolution.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of application issues.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical capabilities and problem-solving skills.
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements to prevent recurring issues.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Saviynt Identity Platform.
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex application issues within identity and access management systems.
• Strong understanding of system integration and workflow automation within enterprise environments.
• Ability to analyze logs, diagnose root causes, and implement effective solutions.
• Familiarity with security protocols and compliance requirements related to identity management.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Saviynt Identity Platform.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
