Summary:

We are looking for an Associate Manager Ping Identity to lead and support enterprise Access Management and Federation services using Ping Identity products. The role combines hands-on technical expertise, service delivery ownership, and team coordination, ensuring secure, scalable, and compliant IAM operations across on-prem and cloud environments.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Ping Identity Service Leadership
• Lead day to day operations for Ping Identity platforms, including:
• PingFederate, PingAccess
• PingOne (SSO, MFA)
• Act as an escalation point for complex authentication, federation, and access issues.
• Ensure platform availability, stability, and performance.
• Access Management & Federation
• Design and support SSO, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SAML integrations.
• Manage authentication policies, MFA configurations, and adaptive access controls.
• Support workforce and customer IAM use cases.
• Service Delivery & Operations
• Own IAM service delivery aligned with SLAs, OLAs, and operational KPIs.
• Lead incident, problem, and change management for Ping services.
• Coordinate with infrastructure, application, and cloud teams.
• Team & Stakeholder Management
• Guide and mentor a team of IAM engineers and analysts.
• Support onboarding, training, and performance management.
• Engage with business stakeholders, application owners, and security leadership.
• Security, Risk & Compliance
• Ensure IAM controls align with organizational security standards and policies.
• Support audits, compliance reviews, and access certifications.
• Maintain documentation, SOPs, runbooks, and architecture diagrams.
• Continuous Improvement
• Drive automation and optimization of Ping Identity operations.
• Support platform upgrades, migrations, and cloud adoption.
• Evaluate new Ping features and roadmap enhancements.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• 6 to 9 years of experience in IAM / Access Management.
• Strong hands-on experience with PingFederate, PingAccess, and PingOne.
• Solid understanding of federation standards (SAML, OAuth, OIDC).
• Experience in production IAM support and service delivery.
• Experience integrating Ping with Entra ID, SailPoint, or CyberArk.
• Exposure to CIAM implementations.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
• Ping Identity or IAM certifications.

• The candidate should have minimum 10 plus years of experience in Ping Identity.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
