We are hiring for a Security Engineer – Vulnerability & Risk Management to manage end-to-end vulnerability lifecycle, risk governance, and compliance across enterprise systems. This role requires a strong mix of hands-on technical expertise and risk/compliance understanding.
- Location (Hybrid) - Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, Delhi NCR and Gurugram
- Experience - 5+ Years in Vulnerability and Risk Management
- Availability - Immediate joiners will be highly preferred
Responsibilities:
- Perform vulnerability assessment, prioritization, and remediation tracking
- Work on tools like Qualys, Wiz, ServiceNow
- Manage risk and compliance using platforms like RSA Archer
- Align vulnerabilities with frameworks such as National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) and other GRC/IRM standards
- Perform root cause analysis and improve security posture
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely remediation
- Build reports and dashboards for leadership and audits
- Understand tool integrations and workflows (e.g., scanning → ticketing → closure)
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with Qualys / Wiz / ServiceNow
- Strong understanding of Vulnerability Management lifecycle
- Experience in Risk Governance / GRC frameworks / IRM
- Knowledge of NIST or similar security frameworks
- Ability to translate technical findings into business risk
- Dedicated ownership (not a multi-project role)
- Ability to understand and manage security tool workflows and integrations
