Role Description

We are seeking a Security Analyst for a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The Security Analyst will be responsible for monitoring, identifying, and addressing cybersecurity threats to ensure the safety and compliance of our systems and network infrastructure. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing vulnerability assessments, analyzing incident reports, enhancing security protocols, and developing strategies for threat mitigation. The role also involves working closely with the SOC team and supporting initiatives to safeguard sensitive data and ensure business continuity.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Cybersecurity Tools and Technologies, including Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), and vulnerability scanning solutions
• Strong skills in Risk Assessment, Incident Response, and Threat Intelligence Analysis
• Familiarity with Network Security, Firewall Management, and Intrusion Detection/Prevention Systems (IDS/IPS)
• Understanding of Compliance Standards and Protocols such as ISO 27001, GDPR, and other relevant frameworks
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in team environments and manage tasks in a high-pressure setting
• Relevant certifications like CEH, CISSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security+ are highly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
