B2 Role : L1/ L2 Support resource ( 2 years experience in DLP):
1. Daily Summary Report with list of activities to be shared on daily.
2. Configure Client tasks
3. Purge events on frequent basis Help Desk Support
4. Support in Troubleshooting during Agent installation
5. Providing VPN evidences
6. Support user in installation or uninstallation of Agents
7. Support in resolving Agent Communication issues
8. Support in Agent Upgrade
9. Generate and share MIS reports with end user
10. Troubleshooting Policy related issues
11. Whitelisting of IPs, PF IDs
12. Sharing of granular details of Infringements.
3. Provide Root cause analysis documents
