Security Analyst

About this opportunity:

At Ericsson, we are currently seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a Security Operations officer. This role is a key component of our Managed Security Services (MSS) portfolio, designed for leading security practices in network monitoring, detection, incident handling, and threat investigation. As a part of our team, you will ensure the optimization of information assets and contract security, conducting vulnerability scanning and assessments, and securing contract compliance.

What you will do:

• Security Incident Management,1st Level triaging, escalations and RCA
• Perform initial investigation and triage of potential incidents; and escalate or close events as applicable
• Monitor SOC ticket(or email) queue for potential event reporting from outside entities and individual users.
• Escalate incidents to respective team for resolution (Within SLA)
• Identity Access management
• Create & track the access to customer environments
• Process improvements
• Identify improvement in process and KPI
• Adopt to improvement initiatives
• Vulnerability scanning and reporting
• Governance Report
• Review that users are using the application in accordance with the security requirements of
• Bharti BISP (Bharti Information Security Policy) like restricted access, user s right management and maintaining a user record.
• Proactive Identification, Highlighting & Closure of Security Risks within Circle.
• Support & Ensure ISMS & BCMS etc. Compliances within the Circle.
• Support in all Internal & External Audits within the Circle.
• Conduct internal Audit Security Audits as agreed in the contract.
• Review that all the security aspects have been implemented at the Systems in accordance with security and risk management directives of Bharti BISP.
• Ensure that all important security related incidents are reported to the security Lead and/or to other teams concerned and if and when required, escalated to senior management.
• Ensure Zero Penalty on the Information Security Domain

The skills you bring:

• Certifications: IP Certifications are added advantage over Security Certification
• Technical and/or functional skills: Knowledge of ISO27001:2013, ITILV3, ISO22301:2012, ISAE3402 etc
• Leadership skills: Result Oriented, Innovative, Self -Driven
• Language skills: Good Written & Verbal skills in English
• Values and behaviors: Well developed interpersonal skills, Self-motivated and works well under pressure, Customer Orientation, open minded, positive with a flexible attitude and willing to work in teams of diverse professional and cultural background, willingness to learn.

Qualification & Industry Experience

• Qualifications: BCA/MCA / B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech or equivalent
• 10-12 Years
