Base Location: Manjeri, Malappuram, Kerala

Employment Type: Full-Time

Travel Requirement: Extensive travel across South India and other operational regions as

required.

Role Description

DropX Logistics is hiring a Security & Loss Prevention (SLP) Officer with strong expertise in

Amazon Last-Mile Operations (EDSP/AMZL) and Quick Commerce Dark Store Operations.

The ideal candidate will safeguard operations, minimize losses, ensure compliance, conduct

investigations, and strengthen process controls across delivery stations and dark stores.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct audits across delivery stations and dark stores.

• Verify shipment integrity, inventory accuracy, cash handling, and operational compliance.

• Investigate shipment losses, theft, pilferage, cash discrepancies, and inventory variances.

• Detect and prevent fraudulent activities.

• Ensure adherence to Amazon, Flipkart, and Quick Commerce SOPs.

• Conduct inventory audits and stock verification.

• Lead investigations and prepare RCA reports.

• Conduct compliance and fraud prevention training.

• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders.

• Drive operational improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Amazon Last-Mile Operations (EDSP or AMZL).

• Strong understanding of logistics and compliance processes.

• Experience in audits, investigations, loss prevention, and fraud detection.

• Professional proficiency in English.

• Conversational proficiency in Hindi.

• Telugu proficiency is an added advantage.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Willingness to travel extensively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Quick Commerce Dark Store Operations.

• Experience in Flipkart Last-Mile Operations.

• Exposure to inventory audits and shrinkage control.

• Prior experience in Security & Loss Prevention functions.
