Overview

We are seeking experienced Security AI Consultants / AI Cyber Tech Leads to support the adoption of AI across cybersecurity functions.

This role will work closely with CISO leadership and senior stakeholders to support the safe and effective adoption of AI, including GenAI, across the organisation.

You will help shape strategy, governance, and operating models, while guiding delivery teams to implement AI capabilities that improve security outcomes and align with regulatory, privacy, and control expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise CISO leadership and senior stakeholders on AI adoption across cybersecurity
• Support AI strategy, governance, and operating model development
• Guide delivery teams implementing AI security capabilities
• Help ensure alignment with regulatory, privacy, and control requirements
• Work across security, engineering, and leadership teams
• Support adoption of AI and GenAI technologies within cybersecurity environments

Requirements

• Strong background in cybersecurity
• Experience working with senior stakeholders
• Understanding of AI and GenAI technologies
• Knowledge of governance, risk, privacy, and security controls
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
