Job Description

Manage and administer enterprise security applications running on UNIX/Linux platforms.
Perform installation of software releases, configuration changes, testing, monitoring, and performance tuning of security systems.
Ensure timely resolution of system incidents and user issues following defined processes and SLAs.
Apply strong problem-solving skills to identify root cause and resolve complex technical issues.
Maintain secure handling of systems and data by following strict security protocols and compliance standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to ensure system availability and continuity of services.
Participate in cross-functional projects for implementation of new security solutions and infrastructure.
Provide strong customer service and build effective working relationships with peers, stakeholders, and vendors.
Work in alignment with incident management and change management processes.
Handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with accountability and urgency.
