About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Securities Operations Analyst to support client onboarding and data management within our securities operations team. This role plays a key part in ensuring timely account setup, accurate client data, and compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.
Key Responsibilities
. Support end-to-end onboarding of securities client accounts
. Review and verify onboarding documentation in line with internal and regulatory requirements
. Perform timely and accurate setup of client and account data in systems
. Maintain and update client data, ensuring accuracy and completeness
. Ensure high standards of data accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly
. Liaise with internal stakeholders (e.g., Compliance, Front Office, Operations, Technology) to facilitate onboarding and data updates
. Adhere to established procedures, controls, and service level agreements (SLAs)
. Track onboarding progress and support reporting requirements
. Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives
Requirements
. 1-3 years of experience in operations, client onboarding, or data management
. Familiarity with securities products (equities, fixed income, custody) is an advantage
. Basic understanding of KYC/AML requirements is preferred
. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
. This role is 100% based in office, located at Tampines, contract role that will end latest 26 Jan 2027
