Location: Jabalpur-Techno/IT Park-Bargi hills, Tilwara.

Mint Capital is looking for a target-oriented Securities & Investment RM to drive client acquisition, revenue, and product penetration across capital market and insurance offerings. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about sales, markets, and client relationships.

• Acquire and manage retail/HNI clients for equity, derivatives, mutual funds (SIP & lump sum), IPOs, and insurance
• Drive brokerage, AUM, SIP, and insurance targets
• Activate client accounts.
• Cross-sell financial products based on client needs and market opportunities
• Maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and portfolio reviews
• Ensure KYC, documentation, and compliance as per SEBI & company norms

• 6 months to 4 years of experience in broking, wealth, or financial product sales
• Strong understanding of stock markets & investment products
• Excellent communication, convincing, and closing skills
• Goal-driven mindset with hunger for incentives & growth
• NISM certification preferred (or willingness to acquire)
