Secure Authentication Service Junior Operations Specialist

Your Role & Responsibilities

• Operates the IT systems or applications according to Standard Operating Procedures and Operations Manuals
• Performs Request Fulfilment activities (e.g. user management, provide new instances of databases, etc.)
• Supports the Incident Management activities according to the respective process to reduce service interruption or decrease of service quality to the minimum and according to agreed OLAs and SLAs
• Ensures that all components are continually monitored and identifies potential problems or trends before failures or performance degradation occur
  
  

Typical Tasks

• Implements monitoring activities for IT infrastructure components and applications based on defined monitoring procedures
• Supports the Change Management Process by performing changes on IT Infrastructure components or applications
• Executes and monitors system or application backups
• Validates that batch jobs are executed as planned
• Performs Patch Management activities
• Performs implementation actions regarding the deployment of new releases
• Analyses and remedies failures or restores systems after breakdown
• Maintains the operational knowledge base
  
  

Your Skills & Strengths

• Academic background: Computer Science or similar studies
• 3-4 years of experience in one of the market leading PAM solutions, preferably CyberArk
• 3-4 years of experience in one of the market leading SSO solutions, preferably CyberArk Identity and WorkspaceONE
• 3-4 years of experience in one of the market leading MFA solutions
• Good knowledge of ITIL framework
• Optional Skills
• Linux and/or Windows Operating System knowledge
• Certificate Management
