Nair Systems, is a QFC based, boutique leading edge technology consulting and professional services firm focusing on Digital Banking, Artificial Intelligence, Big Data & Data Analytics, Cyber Security, Blockchain and Cryptocurrency and Robotic Process Automation.

Nair Systems is currently looking for Sector Solution - FDI & Co-lending Business Analyst for our Qatar operations

Education & Experience Requirements:

·                 Bachelor Degree from a recognized university preferably with a major in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

·                 Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in Corporate Banking, Lending, Credit, Business Analysis, Financial Services, or Transformation Programs, preferably within a highly rated international bank.

·                 Experience supporting lending transformation, credit initiatives, system implementations, or process improvement projects.

·                 Exposure to FDI, structured finance, co-lending, or corporate lending environments preferred.

Required Special Skills:

·       Excellent oral and written communication skills (including report writing) in English.

·       Good interpersonal and presentation skills.

·       Understanding of the relevant laws, regulations, and practices.

·       Ability to make decisions and follow through with initiatives.

·       Personal integrity and self-management.

·       Planning, organizing, and analytical ability.

·       Results oriented.

·       Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with all levels of management.

·       Strong business analysis, requirements gathering (BRD/BRS), user stories, process mapping, and solution design skills.

·       Knowledge of lending products, credit processes, loan origination systems, and loan lifecycle management.

·       Ability to analyze complex business problems, translate requirements into functional specifications, and support transformation and system implementation initiatives.
