Sectional Head Mechanical (BOP)

Job description:

• Overall control of BOP mechanical systems including AHP, CHP, Cooling Tower, CW systems, WTP, and auxiliaries. Manages interfaces and sequencing for parallel execution.
• Managing all site execution activities related to Mechanical work like Installation of Static and Rotary Equipment, Alignment, Installation of Pipes and Tanks etc.
• Activity tracking. Weekly / monthly review meeting with peers and cross functional teams. Identify and manage critical path in coordination with peers & seniors
• Monitoring & Control during design, construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning, startup of facilities and close out of project.
• Coordination with team members civil, electrical, instrumentation to understand interdependency of activities and aligning the timeline to match the project schedule.
• Site material management and site space management, area housekeeping in view of erection activities.
• Expediting erection activities w.r.t timeline with various agencies.
• Coordination with Contractor, Specialized manpower for Project activities.
• Review of SOP, Protocols, schedules, Dos & Don'ts for all plant Equipment's under project.

1.          Pirpainti, Bhagalpur, Bihar - Pirpaainti TPP (3 × 800 MW)

2.          Anuppur, Madhya Pradesh - Anuppur TPP (3 × 800 MW)

3.          Korba, Chhattisgarh - Korba Phase III TPP (2 × 800 MW)

4.          Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh - Mirzapur TPP (2 × 800 MW)

5.          Baran, Rajasthan - Kawai Phase II (2 × 800 MW)

6.          Salkocha, Dhubri, Assam - Assam TPP (4 × 800 MW)

7.          Raipur, Chhattisgarh - Raipur Phase III (2 × 800 MW)

8.          Raigarh, Chhattisgarh - Raigarh Phase III (2 × 800 MW)
