Job Description: Section Officer

Bhopal
Full Time (No WFH), 6 days/week, Day shift.

Desired applicant profile:

· Qualification: Bachelor's Degree

· Exhibited management skills through academic/ non-academic projects/ Internships

· Superlative oral and written English communication skills

· Willingness and capacity to learn and grow in a young organization

· High energy levels and physical fitness to excel at both indoor and outdoor workplaces

· Flexibility to take on cross-functional responsibilities and role diversification over time

Responsibilities:

Purchase

·Follow up with the Procurement team to ensure materials are received as per the stage of the site.

·Purchase materials locally as and when required.

·Managing payments of vendors


Store

·Receive materials

·Inspect the received material w.r.t. to quantity, specifications and any defects as per PO/BOQ/Specifications.

·Store the received material in a manner specified by the manufacturer/supplier such that there are no damages during the storage and handling..

·Release of material from store area to the field

·Keep the record of material issue to the field

·Inspect the material and reconcile on receipt back from the site and record damages defects if any.

·Monitor and maintain the reconciliation records for materials received / issued and stock.

·Maintain the stock register in an up-to-date manner reflecting the net stock after factoring receipts and deliveries to site.

·Prepare and share stock inventory reports.


Administration

·Interaction with government bodies at various levels to ensure smooth running of operations

·Take the daily staff attendance and maintains the record. Coordinates with HR, for all Attendance related queries.

·Maintenance of leave register

·Salary computation of Estate team and data preparation for Statutory Compliances

·Manage Logistics & Accommodation for estate team

·Manage food for staff as per Manager's directions.

·Coordinate with HO and arrange for the requirements for staff uniforms/id cards/PPE's etc.

·Manage provision of drinking water and construction water at site and keep a record of the same.

·Provide data of new joined staff to HR for PF related matters and record prepress.

·Enrollment of new joined staff in biometric at site.

·Manage office stationery, equipment's with guidance from SM and Admin Manager in HO.

·Manage maintenance of the guest house

·Manage housekeeping of the site office.

·Manage the inventory of all office consumables and records.

·Statutory payments such as PF, Electricity, Telephone, house tax etc.

Accounts

·Bridge between HQ and Estate

·Manage petty cash under the Estate Managers direction

·Book Keeping/ Accounting

·Submission of calendar of returns to Head Office and Statuary Authorities

·Collects and forwards the Vendor Invoices/ Challans/ electricity/ telephone bills/ etc., to HO in timely manner.

·Scrutinizing Payment and preparation of Vouchers
