Job Context: Chemical Business is having its central setup at Mumbai for strategic decisions and facilitating the business as a whole Job holder is responsible for Preparation of quarterly presentation for Business Review Council (BRC), evaluation of Greenfield / Brownfield Project, Capex proposals/sanction, Audit Committee/SOP/ICQ compliances, Monthly Financial, CMIS & Capex Review,etc.

Job Challenges: Preparation of quarterly presentation for Business Review Council (BRC). Evaluation of Greenfield / Brownfield Project, Capex proposals/san ction, Audit Committee/SOP/ICQ compliances, Monthly Financial, CMIS & Capex Review,etc. To develop effective reports for business level in coordination with domestic Chemical Units for comparative analysis & synergy benefits. Very wide Customer base and Cu stomer oriented market require effective system and in depth internal check in order to secured our money by effective and efficient receivable management.

Digitalization

IMM 2.0 Upgrade, Design, and Implement - Run the monthly business plan. Identify gaps in the current system and design the changes in the system to eliminate gaps. Track the performance of the sales team and plants on a daily basis and update the CEO. To ensure maximum technical availability of profitable plants through planned shutdowns, product mix optimization, running low cost plants to the full, & inventory optimization to maximize contribution, Improve plant utilization and reduce Working Capital and suggest allocations based on strategic constraints. Make Contribution margin(CM) insights to help business in right product allocation. Build Model flexibility in terms of scenario building and experimentation.

Digitalization

Assist in driving new digitization initiatives with the business centrally: Further value extraction in Central manufacturing cockpit, Tonner management system, Logistics Cockpit etc. - The business works closely with various stakeholders like external vendors, group IT resources, Group DNA team and internal employees ensuring the timely completion of project milestones.

Growth/Business Strategy.

Evaluate opportunities for business growth, define strategies in terms of new products development, existing product expansion, go-to market strategies. Identify, Evaluate and Propose growth opportunities/ Margin Expansion/ Volume Growth etc. Actively scout for operational gaps which emerge due to context changes, Process rigidity, Market evolution etc and intimate the Management of the same. Provide assistance in overall strategy development and provide direction for the business over medium-long term (3-5 years)

New Product Development

Support the strategy team in identifying possible new downstream products. Conduct primary or secondary research for the product / initiative. Data collection and analysis (e.g. market size trend, pricing trend, opex break-up and trend, availability of raw materials, technology options etc.). Discuss the capex and opex for the proposed project with Technology and Projects team. Development of financial model to ascertain the financial attractiveness and project returns (IRR, Payback period etc.). Develop a proposal and presentation on the project, for internal review and approval. Participate in various meetings for approval of the project.

Lakshya

Channel Partner Engagement Program - Run the program and re-define the program process, scoring criteria, entry parameters, rewards, and club criteria. Evaluate opportunities to add Export, Key Account and Tender customers. Invest in making this a marketing tool. Collaborate with zones to update the marketing content to be published on the website on a monthly basis. Brainstorm and evaluate opportunities of engagement. Train the zonal heads and vertical heads. Increase awareness and adoption of the portal and app by the dealers

PEL

Design and Develop the complete automation of the Performance Excellence League, Re-evaluate the KPI's of the functions so as to merge the same with the Monthly Progress Reviews of plants and zones. Conduct trainings for sales, manufacturing and other teams and enhance adoption of the dashboard.

Mission xxx and similar initiatives

Define a new process/methodology for the competition. Set weekly targets for the Sales and Plant team Gather data and formulate the template to announce winners based on actuals

Education Qualification: 1st Attempt (All level) Chartered Accountant. (Preferred AIR = 50)

Experience: 5 to 10 years in Manufacturing sector

Preferred Candidate:

Exposure in CEO/BH office as planning analyst
