Job Description

  • Equipment & Calibration: Comprehensive knowledge of calibration requirements for all measuring machines and instruments.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong understanding of problem-solving tools such as PDCA, Pareto analysis, and 5-Whys methodology.
  • Core Quality Tools: Working knowledge of quality core tools, including MSA, Control Plan, and related methodologies.
  • Systems & Documentation: Experience in process-level, NPD, and customer-level documentation management and control.
  • Gauges Management: Responsible for gauge selection, ordering, installation, and commissioning for new and existing models.
  • Audit Management: Preparation and execution support for internal and customer audits, including documentation and compliance readiness.
