- Knowledge of making test fixture drawing for test set up.
- Knowledge in Operation of endurance actuator
- Knowledge of test equipment and electronic measuring instruments.
- Knowledge of making testing standards.
- Knowledge of Benchmarking of competitors and collaborators products.
- Knowledge of making test report
KPIs
- Testing in line with New Product Development plan.
- Working to maintain Standardization and Communization during test set up.
- Benchmarking of product to generate VA-VE ideas.
- Warranty /customer returned part analysis as per drawing & simulation trials on test bench.
- New Facility enhancement & upgradation of existing facility.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of test equipment and electronic measuring instruments.
Knowledge of automobile parts function.
- Good Microsoft office skills for making validation test reports.
- Knowledge of 7 QC tools.
- Knowledge of NVH testing.
- Knowledge of making testing standards.
