Job Title :Secretary to Managing Director (MD)

Job Summary
The Secretary to the Managing Director provides high-level administrative, organizational, and confidential support to the Managing Director. The role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, preparing reports and presentations, and ensuring smooth communication between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Screen, prioritize, and respond to emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the MD.
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, minutes of meetings, and follow-up action trackers.
- Coordinate communication between the MD, senior management, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Organize and maintain confidential files, records, and documents.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodation, visas, and expense reporting.
- Monitor and follow up on key projects, deadlines, and commitments assigned by the MD.
- Draft professional correspondence, business letters, memos, and official communications.
- Assist in preparing management reports, board meeting materials, and business presentations.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
- Coordinate company events, executive meetings, and special projects as required.
- Ensure efficient office administration and support the MD in daily business operations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree + 20 years Secretarial Experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
- Professional demeanour and strong interpersonal skills.
