Position Overview
The Secondary Teacher will be responsible for teaching students in Classes 610 in a
specific subject area (such as English, Maths, Science, Social Studies, Hindi, etc.),
fostering digital learning through experiential and student-centric approaches in accordance with the CBSE curriculum.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver subject-oriented lessons and develop creative teaching materials for classes
610.
- Design, implement, and assess lesson plans, assignments, and examinations
aligned with CBSE standards.
- Utilize digital platforms, e-learning resources, and interactive tools to maximize
student learning.
- Foster a supportive, inclusive classroom environment focused on academic
excellence and holistic growth.
- Monitor, evaluate, and document student progress while providing personalized
feedback.
- Collaborate with colleagues, participate in professional development, and engage in
parent-teacher meetings.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject from a recognized university.
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or equivalent teacher training certification.
- Must have cleared Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET or state-level TET) as per
institutional norms.
- 15 years of teaching experience preferred; fresh graduates with strong teaching
aptitude may also apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency with digital
teaching tools required.
Technical Skills
O Proficiency in online teaching platforms (Zoom, Google Classroom, MS Teams, or LMS
tools).
- Ability to prepare and use digital learning materials (videos, presentations, worksheets, online
assessments, quizzes, breakout rooms, polls).
