Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging, rigorous lessons aligned withIBDP and/or Cambridge curriculum frameworks
- Implementinquiry-based and concept-driven pedagogyin the classroom
- Develop unit plans, assessments, and learning experiences aligned with international standards
- Assess student progress throughformative and summative methods, with clear documentation
- Support student growth through mentorship, feedback, and pastoral care
- Collaborate with peers, coordinators, and leadership on curriculum and school initiatives
- Contribute to co-curricular activities, school events, and community engagement
Must-Have Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject +B.Ed. (or equivalent teaching qualification)
- Master's degree in Education or relevant subject
- Minimum5 years of teaching experience in IGCSE and/or IBDP
- Experience teaching atsecondary level in a recognized international school
- Strong classroom management, lesson planning, and assessment skills
Preferred
- Experience teachingIBDP (Grades 1112)
- Exposure toExtended Essay (EE), Theory of Knowledge (TOK), Internal Assessments (IA)
- IB Examiner / Cambridge Examiner experience
- Training ininquiry-based, interdisciplinary, or concept-driven pedagogy
- Experience withdata-driven instruction and differentiated learning
- Prior experience in international school environments or diverse classrooms
