Secondary Maths Teacher

We are seeking a passionate and engaging Math Teacher to inspire a love for mathematics in young learners. The ideal candidate will be adept at creating a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment, utilizing diverse teaching methods to cater to various learning styles.

Key Responsibilities

• Classroom Management: Maintain a safe, engaging, and well-organized learning environment for young children.
• Utilize a Variety of Teaching Methods: Employ diverse instructional activities, including hands-on experiences, games, technology integration, and real-world applications. Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters a love of mathematics in all students.
• Lesson Planning: Create and deliver play-based and developmentally appropriate lesson plans aligned with the early childhood curriculum.
• Child Development: Develop and deliver engaging and interactive math lessons aligned with the CBSE curriculum and school standards. Monitor, assess, and support the social, emotional, and cognitive growth of each child, tailoring approaches to individual needs.
• Parent Communication: Maintain open communication with parents through regular updates, progress reports, and parent-teacher meetings.
• Activity Organization: Organize and conduct creative activities such as arts and crafts, storytelling, music, and outdoor play to enhance children's learning and creativity.
• Collaboration: Work closely with teaching assistants and participate in teacher training sessions, school events, and extracurricular activities to ensure a holistic learning experience for children.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Master's degree in Education or a related field, and a B.Ed is mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for teaching Mathematics and nurturing young learners.
• Ability to foster a creative and stimulating environment.
• At least two years of prior experience in secondary education is preferred.
• Only female candidates with an age below 45 years are eligible for this position.
