Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop *automotive seating structure components* as per project requirements
• Create and modify *3D models, assemblies and 2D engineering drawings*
• Implement design changes, engineering modifications and product improvements
• Ensure seating components meet *design, dimensional, quality and manufacturing requirements*
• Apply knowledge of *GD&T, sheet metal, welding and automotive design standards*
• Coordinate with manufacturing, quality, testing and engineering teams
• Identify and resolve design-related issues during product development
• Support design validation, testing and engineering change implementation
• *Ensure timely completion of design deliverables as per project timelines

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in *CATIA V5*
• Automotive *Seating Structure Design* experience
• Good knowledge of *sheet metal and welding*
• Strong 3D modelling and 2D drawing skills
• Knowledge of *GD&T and automotive design standards*
• Understanding of manufacturing and product development processes
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Qualification

B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent*
