Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop seating systems that meet performance, safety, and comfort requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of seating components (Seating/Foam).
  • Utilize Catia software to create detailed seating designs and conduct simulations
  • Analyze and optimize foam materials for improved seating ergonomics
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in automotive seating technology
  • Experience in Automotive seating design and development
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Catia software for seating system design
  • Knowledge of seating/foam manufacturing processes
