Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented SEO Lead to drive our organic growth strategy, strengthen search engine visibility, increase high-quality organic traffic, and generate qualified business leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead technical SEO audits and resolve crawling, indexing, website architecture, and Core Web Vitals issues.
• Optimize website content, landing pages, metadata, internal linking, and URL structures.
• Drive keyword research, competitor analysis, and search intent mapping.
• Develop and implement effective link-building and domain authority growth strategies.
• Collaborate with content, product, and marketing teams to execute SEO-driven content strategies.
• Monitor and improve organic traffic, keyword rankings, conversion rates, and qualified lead generation.
• Track SEO performance using Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and other relevant tools.
• Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, AI-driven search trends, and emerging SEO practices.
• Lead and mentor SEO team members while ensuring timely execution of SEO initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in SEO, preferably in a high-growth digital business or lead-generation environment.
• Strong expertise in technical SEO, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and content optimization.
• Proficiency in Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
• Proven track record of improving organic traffic, keyword rankings, and organic conversions.
• Strong understanding of schema markup, website indexing, crawling, canonicalization, and internal linking.
• Experience in SEO team management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
