Key Responsibilities:
Technical SEO
- Conduct comprehensive site audits, identify crawl/indexing issues, and implement on-page/off-page optimizations
- Collaborate with developers to improve site architecture, speed, and Core Web Vitals
- Ensure structured data and schema markup for enhanced search visibility
ASO (App Store Optimization)
- Optimize app metadata (titles, descriptions, keywords, screenshots) across iOS App Store and Google Play
- Track rankings, run A/B tests on creatives, and increase app visibility and downloads
Content & YouTube Optimization
- Execute SEO strategy for Mirchi YouTube channels (titles, tags, thumbnails, playlists)
- Perform keyword research and trend analysis to drive organic discovery and engagement
- Improve the revenue and develop an organic revenue model with the help of AI initiatives
Conversion-Focused Growth
- Build SEO funnels to convert organic traffic into paid subscribers
- Collaborate with Tech and Product teams to optimize landing pages, user journeys, and in-app prompts
- Monitor and improve KPIs of subscription
Skills & Qualifications:
- 7-10 years of SEO experience, including some experience in subscription-based or app-first business
- Proven track record in Technical SEO and ASO (iOS & Android)
- Strong knowledge of YouTube SEO and regional-language content strategies
- Familiarity with music/entertainment industry trends is a plus
- Ability to analyze data, run experiments, and present clear ROI-driven strategies
- Excellent communication and project management skills

- SEO & Keyword Research: Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, Sitebulb etc
- App Store Optimization: App Store Connect, Google Play Console, Sensor Tower, App Annie
- Content & Video Optimization: YouTube Studio, TubeBuddy, VidIQ, Google Trends
- Technical/Reporting Tools: Data Studio/Looker, Excel/Google Sheets, basic HTML/CSS for troubleshooting
