Job Title: SEO Team Lead

Location: Coimbatore

Department: Digital Marketing

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly experienced Head of SEO to drive our digital growth strategy. The ideal candidate will be a data-driven leader with expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, Paid Campaigns, and Social Media Marketing, with a proven record of generating high-quality leads that convert into business revenue. This role requires strategic vision, team leadership, and hands-on execution to maximize ROI across organic and paid channels.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Leadership

Experience: EDUTECH is mandatory

Develop and lead the overall digital marketing strategy with a strong focus on Manage and mentor a team of SEO, PPC, SEM, and SMM specialists.

Align SEO, SEM, and paid campaigns with overall business goals and sales targets.

SEO & SEM:

Oversee on-page, off-page, and technical SEO to boost organic visibility and lead conversions.

Drive SEM initiatives (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.) to generate qualified leads.

Conduct competitor and keyword analysis to capture high-intent traffic.

PPC & Paid Campaigns

Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and other ad platforms.

Manage budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and minimize CPL (Cost per Lead).

Implement A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and CTAs.

Social Media Marketing (SMM);

Oversee paid and organic social campaigns across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube).

Use social media ads strategically for B2B/B2C lead generation.

Monitor engagement, conversion, and ROI from social campaigns.

Analytics & Reporting:

Leverage tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.

Track KPIs: organic traffic, CTR, CPC, CPL, CAC, ROI, and overall funnel performance.

Present monthly performance dashboards with actionable insights.

Key Skills & Competencies:

712 years of experience in SEO, SEM, PPC, Paid Campaigns, and SMM and 2-3 years of experience in EDUTECH

Deep knowledge of search engine algorithms, paid media platforms, and lead funnels.

Strong understanding of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), retargeting, and remarketing strategies.

Hands-on expertise with ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Display, YouTube).

Proficiency in SEO/SEM tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog).

Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field.

Certifications in Google Ads, HubSpot, Meta Blueprint, SEO/SEM (preferred).
