Are you an SEO strategist with strong technical expertise and hands-on experience scaling e-commerce brands

We're looking for an experienced SEO Team Leader to drive high-impact organic growth strategies, manage multiple client accounts, and lead a team of SEO specialists in a fast-paced agency environment.

Experience: 5–8 Years

Industry: Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing Agency

What we're looking for:

Strong agency experience managing 10+ e-commerce projects simultaneously

Minimum 1–2 years of experience as an SEO Team Leader with team handling exposure

Strong expertise in Technical SEO (indexing, redirects, canonicals, faceted navigation, CWV, crawl optimization)

Hands-on experience with E-commerce SEO (category architecture, product lifecycle SEO, filter pages, conversion optimization)

Ability to build strategic 30-60-90 day SEO roadmaps aligned with revenue goals

Strong problem-solving skills for complex SEO scenarios like:

• Traffic growth but declining revenue

• Stable traffic but low conversions

• Keyword cannibalization

• Product lifecycle challenges

Deep understanding of SEO beyond rankings — focused on revenue, conversions & customer acquisition

Practical knowledge of AI SEO / AEO / GEO / LLM optimization with implementation experience

Tools Expertise:

Google Search Console | GA4 | Screaming Frog | Ahrefs | SEMrush
