The role

You own SEO and AI SEO delivery across our client accounts, end to end. Strategy, execution, results. You set the playbook the rest of the team runs. Hybrid role: 3 days a week in our Aerocity, New Delhi office.

What you'll do

- Own SEO + AEO strategy and delivery for clients: audits, content, technical, tracking.

- Get brands cited in ChatGPT, Perplexity, and AI Overviews, and prove it with GSC and GA numbers.

- Build agents and automations with Claude, Gumloop, and Make to make delivery faster every month.

- Talk to clients directly. Updates, calls, next steps. You are proactive, nobody chases you.

- Work with the tech team to push product changes when clients need them.

You're a fit if

- You are an SEO god. Rankings, technical, content. You have done it and you have the numbers.

- You are already doing AEO/GEO work, or studying it hard.

- You build with AI daily. Claude, Gumloop, Make, agents.

- You communicate clearly and move without being told.

- You want to earn from commissions, not just collect a salary.

Compensation

Monthly base + commissions on client projects. The commission structure is the point. If you deliver, the upside is real (upto $10k+)
